I am Lakeema Ithna Asheri and I am a certified fitness & yoga instructor! I attend Lionel University where I am studying exercise science. My mission is to connect with my community to lead by example in uplifting and encouraging each other. As someone with expertise in holistic health and wellness, I hope to assist my community with mental health issues as well.

Through workshops and working 1 on 1, I share strategies for cultivating confidence, resilience, and strategic thinking.
